The project aims to construct a high-end collective housing building. The structure is of the garden-level, ground floor, and three upper floors type, with a furnished terrace.

Our MISSION

The technical design office Menla’ BET was responsible for the project management of the entire phase of finishing works. The redesign of the plans was based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), enabling the various teams to collaborate on a single model throughout the follow-up process.
