Le projet consiste à construire une villa constituée de deux bâtiments : le bâtiment principal en sous-sol R+1 et une dépendance en R+1 à Yaoundé, au quartier Tsinga-Village.

The building will be fully controlled by an intelligent system based on the KNX home automation standard. A home automation system that allows remote control of all the residence’s equipment (lighting, heating, air conditioning, security, etc.).

The villa includes unique spaces such as a cinema room, a gym, a sauna/steam room, a solarium, and a swimming pool.

Our MISSION

Menla’ BET carried out the architectural and technical studies for the project. The detailed study of all the necessary lots for the optimal realization and proper management of the project (Architecture, Civil Engineering and Reinforced Concrete Structure, Low Voltage Electricity, Home Automation, Sanitary and Hydraulic Installations).

Home Automation and Electricity

The building is designed to be both eco-friendly and connected. These two criteria (eco-friendly design and connectivity) have allowed for the sizing of a centralized power distribution system, which is integrated with a command architecture. The centralized technical management of this building will be ensured by the KNX home automation system. The system includes:

Lighting Management

Automatic Switching: Automatic Turning On and Off.

DALLI Variation: Animation, Color and Brightness Adjustment on Demand

Energy Management

Energy Consumption Monitoring and Planning: Sensors detect whether a room is unoccupied and allow the system to turn off or put certain equipment in standby mode in that room.

This is even more necessary as the main energy source is solar.

Security management

Video surveillance, smoke detection, automatic opening and closing of gates, doors, and windows;

Advanced and remote management

The remote technical and technological control of certain specific spaces ensures unparalleled comfort. Among these spaces, we have the swimming pool, the cinema room, the sauna/steam room, and the main living area.

Sanitary installation and water treatment.

The cold and hot water supply network includes connected sanitary equipment to ensure its management through the home automation system. This allows for controlling water leaks, regulating the usage temperature, and most importantly, preparing the bath in advance.

Design of rainwater (EP) drainage systems, wastewater, and sewage systems.

Design of the pool and water fountains.
